"Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean."

"The hotel itself is not bad, but the service is terrible. Arrived at 7:30pm. "House keeping didn't clean enough rooms" so we got switched. Room wasn't made up and house keeping not available, so we had to go get linens and make up ourself. 2nd day - "House keeping forgot to do your room". Same script. Breakfast is out of most things. Staff are just angry at the world."
