"I was asked to pay a damage/loss deposit of about $200 when I checked in which was refunded to me when I checked out."

"Awful !! Don’t recommend it. When i checked out there were supposed to take off $100 hold, that’s what they said when i checked in. They got very very rude when i asked about it when I checked out. They left me talking by myself, there’s a door behind front desk. They were very rude and left me there. My $100 are still missing!"

"Excellent stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Friendly staff and a great overall experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"Brand new rooms and a clean hotel and casino."

"We had a fantastic stay at Northstar at Lake Tahoe! The resort made it easy to relax, enjoy the beautiful mountain setting, and make the most of our time together. Everything felt welcoming, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our visit. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend Northstar to anyone looking for a fun, memorable Tahoe getaway. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at basecamp in North Tahoe. Highly recommend staying here! Cute, rustic rooms, friendly staff and just a short walk to the beach and several local stores and restaurants. A prefect place to relax and get away."

"Beautiful location. We traveled there for a wedding which was lovely. However amenities at the hotel were a bit lacking. No food located in the hotel and we had to cross the street for a cafe."
