"Great staff, rooms a bit dated, we had issues with the toilet. Wish we had know the hotel was going though some renovations. Overall very clean, great breakfast and met our needs. Would consider staying again."

"Le personnel est exceptionnel, excellent service, à l'écoute, le déjeuner était parfait (gaufre, oeufs, fromage cottage ,fruits, muffins, céréales, gruau, café, saucisses déjeuner ...) et un souper léger inclus. J' ai profité de la piscine avec ma fille et suis aller m'entraîner dans le gym(très propre en passant). Seul point négatif le sofa-lit n' était pas du tout confortable et il n'y avait pas de table et chaises pour pouvoir manger. Nous avions la suite avec frigo et poêle pour cuisiner. À part ça, nous avons passé un excellent séjour!! Merci, ma fille a passé un superbe séjour pour son premier show (Melanie Martinez). Si nous revenons dans le coin c' est certain que nous y retournerons mais avec deux lits cette fois😉"

"The properties parking underground was very limited. Not enough disabled spots (only 2). The temp parking for when you check in is very hard to get to, especially with the construction and crossing over 3 lanes of traffic on a busy street. Loved how secure the building was where random people without room keys cannot get into underground parking!"

"The room was really clean and the staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The AC would shut off a couple of times but it was understandable to save energy when we weren’t in the room. We had to get to our convention early on Saturday and Sunday and we were able to get our breakfast delivered right at 8am to us which we really appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to The Walper Hotel when I come back to Kitchener. Amazing and lovely staff! Thank you all!! <3"
