"If you are really desperate for a cheap stay it’s there but wouldn’t recommend. Hotel room was half painted , loose screws and just awful. "

"Laundry required coins, caught us off guard, havent traveled with cash in years, but some how managed to scrounge up just enough coins in the bottom of the suitcases & purses to do a load mid vacation. Digutal tipping system wouldn't load for me, and at check out, i asked the front desk about it. The two at the counter were able to pull it up on their phones, and decided it wasn't an issue. There was no other way to tip the housekeeper, and when I said I wasnt ok not leaving a tip, they said "its fine, not your fault" I said its your staff missing out on money, they might want to know, and they were so indifferent about it, it really left me with a bad impression. Valet was polite & very quick, super convenient. Pool was a HUGE hit with the kids. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, though never serviced our room. We had to call & ask the housekeepers in the hallways for extra towels & toilet tissue. The room was hot, and the AC seemed to be locked, "

"The room I got was very small for a deluxe queen room. I could barely open the bathroom door."

"Restaurant understaffed. Was told 30 minutes to get our take out order. After 40 minutes, we checked and they said it would be another 30 minutes. We asked to cancel the order since we’d miss our concert if we waited. Noticed later that our room was charged a fee. Too much of a hassle to try to get it reversed. Can’t review the food since we didn’t get it."

"Great location. Walking distance to some fun spots like Voodoo Donuts (1 block) and Powell's books (6 blocks) and we even walked to the Moda Center (just over a mile). The happy hour was great with snacks and drinks at 5pm nightly. Breakfast is included and we loved the custom omelette bar! We plan to come back in July!"
