"We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all.
The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven...

"Great central place to stay - we were a group of friends. Ideal for exploring the area and nice to have a living space to relax in. Breakfast reasonable - as a Finn I found it disappointing in lack of Finnish food. Staff really friendly and helpful. Also recommend the local taxi company to reach everywhere with a van for 8. "

"This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Europe. It was centrally located in the city close to stores and restaurants. It had 2 restaurants and a breakfast buffet was included. The room was cozy and had a big fur blanket on the top. I will stay here when I return to Rovaniemi next year."
