"The room could have done with a bit more attention to detail o ly one bed was made we had to come home from a wedding and make a bed at the cost we paid I would have expected the beds to be made up,also went hang my clothes and cobwebs inside wardrobe and we would not have sat on the lounge as it was pretty stained.apart from that it was a lovely area the staff at front desk were very nice it was a good little unit but could definately be improved.Id suggest removable covers on lounge so it can be cleaned up.bedding was fresh and clean but I'd want heavier doona for weather down there as I was freezing and didn't sleep"

"This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card. Today we find the original card has been charged and for the full amount, even though a one third deposit was paid. I found the staff member on the desk to be quite flippant when dealing with him and didn’t seem to care much. If the credit card machine isn’t online for 15 minutes then turn it on 15 min before you open up at 9am. "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully decorated, comfortable,spotlessly clean two storey townhouse within steps of the walkway down to Yallingup Beach and only one other apartment next to us which made it very private. We would definitely stay here again, absolutely Wonderful. It would be great if shampoo, conditioner and body wash could be included in the bathrooms, but otherwise Perfect."
