"It was a nice stay"

"This is not like other hotels. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. We asked questions about parking and the desk clerk was very helpful. They offered complimentary fruit and water. Our room was better than I could have ever expected. It was spotless and quiet. We had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and even a dishwasher! My girls and I ordered door dash because we wanted to enjoy our room as opposed to going out. This is the second time we stayed there for a show at the palace. And we will be back. My favorite hotel ever by far."

"The hotel was very accommodating in granting my special requests. They also allowed a late checkout which was appreciated. The room was spacious and very clean."

"Didn’t like how we had to pay to park in the parking garage. Should be included with your stay. Free breakfast on the 13th floor was good but could have had a couple more things to pick from."

"We could not get in the front door luckily another tenant let us in and borrow their key for the night. The host didn’t respond for over a hour and a half . The next morning we found moldy food in the microwave that had to have been there for weeks. No toilet paper. The shower does not drain you’re lucky if you have time to clean off before it’s overflowing. Then the host tried to blame me for not contacting her about the problems. I sent messages in real time as I found things as we were there less than 12 hours and she didn’t contact me until after checkout about all the issues I found in the morning."
