"Room was like brand new, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Only downside was parking which required a short walk from a nearby parking lot which was $10 per day. The weather was good, but if was raining or snowing it would be a pain "

"Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fresh when I went downstairs, and the fitness center was a nice bonus with a few treadmills and other equipment. Parking was a little tight during an event happening, but was easy outside of that. Would stay again!"

"Great stay overall. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Albany and is clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with the chef preparing a perfect omelette. The host was also very pleasant to speak with. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was nice but we weren’t aware it had a door to the room next to it. I could see shadows under the door and hear them clearly. That was very off putting. Especially when I paid extra and upgraded to a suite for more room and privacy. "

"The photos alone do not do this place justice! Walking into the home was a sight to see. Beautiful art as well as a great selection of books on display.The host was an incredible help to us as well! We had a last minute situation where us & 4 dogs needed a place to stay from early afternoon to later in the day. The host was able to assist us with both an early Check-in, as well as asking if we needed any accommodations and/or aid while settling in! I have many experiences using Vrbo & other similar sites for Albany, but no other host has matched up to the communication and assistance that I’ve received here!I wish I needed this location for a night out in Albany with my partner because it is definitely a location to check out! Maybe next time : )Thank you for all of the accommodations for my mother, my dogs, and I!"
