The room was clean. Very small of course this is NYC. Continental breakfast, the bagels were Lender’s which was a disappointment because I was expecting New York bagels. There was a mall across the street which was helpful.

It was a nice unique hotel. Could have been a little cleaner (walls, doors, mirrors). The staff wasn’t too friendly. When you asked for towels it was always a question of why we needed more, excuse me we need to shower!!!

Checked in early about 9am ish.paid 60 in cash to do that. Room was clean no issues. Friendly staff. Great location to asian food and citi field as well as laguardia. Good stay.

Hotel is in a great location! However, my room was poorly maintained. The bathroom door and knob were hanging off the hinges. The pillows smelled of mold and the complimentary breakfast was coffee and store bought muffins. There is no actual parking at this location. It’s paid parking across the street to shop at the mall.

There was Noone at the desk when we arrived. Early check in 2 hours was over 60 dollars. The couches in rooms were broken and stained. The room was clean strong bleach. Rooftop was ok. A place to have coffee. Asked for sheets n blankets for pull out couch Recieved to flat sheets. Hot water was great after about 10 minutes of being on. No bugs. Payed 20 dollars an hour for later check out. Outside of hotel area dirty. breakfast was complimentary. However, it was a bag of bagels or a bag of white bread that everyone had to put their hands in And toast themselves. There was coffee, though, and tea, basic kay cups and some prepackaged danish. Overall I would absolutely not go back.
