When arrived asked for room with better view , answer was no , because I booked through Expedia. Even when Hotel was half booked . Room was clean , but fridge wasn’t working , needed to be replaced, safe was locked from previous tenants, needed to be opened by staff, housekeeping should be included in price, but I have to argue and bag to receive one: first day no service , second day full service , third day just bring towels, do not make bed, do not take trash out. It seems like they don’t like Expedia customers , they keep telling that I should book directly, which is more expensive…
Only good thing was- Hotel pretty clean and parking garage ( you have to pay for it) .
