The property is conveniently situated within walking distance to the popular Bowl of Brooklands and Pukekura Park, where you can experience the renowned Festival of Lights from mid-December to the end of January. The Bowl of Brooklands also hosts various concerts and festivals throughout the year. Directly across the street, you will find the Welbourne Shops, adding to the convenience of your stay.
