Lobby was very nice and clean had a nice smell. Unfortunately the room had an odor that just wasn’t right the bathroom vent was very dirty but the rest of the room and the bed was clean and nice. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced it was coming up in several spots. Throw place gets the job done a lot of restaurants in the area.

The location of the hotel is great. When we arrived however the holiday in had most of the parking lot closed which was a bit confusing. Check in was quick. Everything was unplugged in the room which was odd. Sink clogged but they moved us straight away! Staff was all great. Wish we had access to the hot water and coffee machine 24/7. Bed was comfortable and they provide plenty of towels!

The price was lower than the other properties in the area. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, but the floors inside the property were dirty. There were spots on the floors and carpet, but they seemed OK in the rooms. Keep in mind, this was my 3rd stay here, so I keep coming back. The breakfast was fine. Not phenomenal, but I ate it.

The pictures definitely make the hotel look nicer than it is. Overall an ok stay. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke even tho the facility is non-smoking. The women working the desk was wonderful, and moved us, and even allowed us to check out the other room before making the final decision to move. But overall the hotel is a little run down, and dingy.

There was a clogged poopy toilet in my room upon arrival. I was able to fix it myself but I shouldn’t have had to. The cleaning staff was very loud in the hallway at 7am but the front desk staff was very kind.

There was plenty of parking all around the hotel, even with a wedding party staying. We took advantage of pool the evening we checked in and the morning we checked out after breakfast. Staff was friendly and everything was relatively clean and nicely in place. My only complaint was the back stairwell. My son has a fear of elevators and we had to use the stairs often and it was absolutely filthy. Like someone tracked mud in regularly. Overall our stay was great and we'd stay again.
