"The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way. "We stayed in Room 2, The Ercall, it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Excellent attention to detail with good selection of hot beverages in te room. Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. "
