Leider hat uns hier einiges nicht gefallen. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Fenster, welches ins Treppenhaus hinausging. Frischluft keine Chance. Wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat, haben uns Gäste, Handwerker, Bweohner ins Zimmer geguckt. Nicht so prickelnd. Frühstück war alles abgezählt und wenn nichts mehr da war, wurde auch nichts nachgefüllt. Empfehlung hier, um 8.00 Uhr frühstücken, dann bekommt man wenigstens noch ein Crossaint. Und die 4 Kuchen, die da die ganze Woche rumstehen sind so süß, dass man einen Zuckerschock bekommt. Das ist kein Frühstück. Unsympatischer Inhaber der an allem rumgeizt.

Pleasant location in the middle of the city. No views. Lift to 4th floor. Stairs to room. Everything you needed in the room. The roof terrace must be nice in the summer (i was there in January). Godd breakfast provided.

Susto no check in.

O hotel fica no quarto e último andar de um edifício que tem salas com outras destinações. A localização do hotel é no bairro espanhol, que não é nenhum primor de beleza. A grande vantagem é que ele fica mito próximo da rua mais importante da regão, a Via Toledo, próximo do metrô e de muitas lojas. Convém avisar futuros hóspedes que o pessoal que toma conta do hotel não fica 24 horas nele e que podem ter sérios problemas para dar entrada no hotel, como nós tivemos. Tivemos que pedir ajuda a uma comerciante local. O quarto é muito bom , o café da manhã é razoável mas o edifício onde fica o hotel é assustador.

Atende como hospedagem econômica

Chegar ao hotel foi um tanto difícil, pois as placas das ruas ficam escondidas no caos de Nápoles. Ficamos aguardando que o responsável pelo estabelecimento chegasse para realizarmos o chek-in. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e parece ter sido reformado recentemente. Bom café da manhã mas com reposição de itens muito lenta.

Hübsches Hotel im spanischen Viertel mit Dachterrasse. In den umliegenden engen Gassen ist sehr viel Gewusel (Vespa-Roller), doch davon kriegt man oben nichts mehr mit. Sauber, mit Klimaanlage, sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Good stay overall for the price we paid. Very lively and local area. No views - so if you want views of Naples stay away from this area. Place is a little dingy.. so seems sketchy when you first arrive but the rooms are nice.

Toplocatie, vlakbij winkelstraat en metro's. Stond niet aangeduid dat t op 4e verdieping te doen was, personeel spreekt niet echt goed Engels maar dat is niet alleen het geval in de B&B ;-) . Ruime propere kamers, lekker ontbijt. Aanrader!

Exclellent stay

Besides the building is old, the room is renovated and have space enough for the lugagge. The staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is good and there is a terrace with a great view of the neighborhood. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the Spanish quartier, 4 blocks from the metro station. The only downside was that the room had a window towards the entrance door of the B&B, so when people arrived was very noisy, specially at night. Would stay there again for sure

Excellent location, just a few yards from Via Toledo. On the 4th floor so no street noise at night. Decent continental breakfast. Rooms very clean, nice terrace to sit out upstairs. Gennaro is a friendly guy who seems quite happy to help you with anything you need.

The hotel's location is perfect - close to every major attraction. The main train station (Garibaldi) is 20 minutes away on foot; otherwise it may be reached by metro that is almost in front of hotel (by the way, the metro stop "Toledo" is worth visiting itself for design/architectural solutions). The room was very clean and quiet, the owners really helpful. No complaints at all

Soggiorno a napoli molto spesso. In questo b&b il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La posizione è centrale e a piedi si raggiunge qualunque posto . Anche la fermata della metro è pressoché attaccata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Bellissimo scorcio sulla vera Napoli

Situato a pochi passi da via Toledo, ma già all'interno dei Quartieri Spagnoli (andateci, rimarrete stupiti!). Il B&B è stato recentemente ristrutturato, le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. La colazione è davvero buona, come in pasticceria! La differenza la fanno i proprietari. Ringraziamo Gennaro che è stato un ospite discreto e cortese, ha saputo consigliarci e farci conoscere la vera Napoli. Se tornerò in città, sicuramente prenoterò alla Terrazza Partenopea.

splendida location, a due passi da via Toledo e in uno dei quartieri più caratteristici di Napoli. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi (avevamo una figlia malata e siamo stai piuttosto invadenti) e colazione super. Da provare.

mitten im zentrum und doch sehr ruhig. das tüpfchen auf dem i ist die dachterasse mit blick auf den montecalvario. gutes frühstück - vor allem für naschkatzen!, zimmer schön und sauber. für einen städtetrip optimal!
