Il monolocale è situato in una posizione favolosa, vicinissimo al centro, al mare e alle stazioni della metropolitana e funicolare per raggiungere qualunque altro punto della città. Dotato di tutto il necessario, è solo un pò buio (ma in casa ci si sta talmente poco quando si è in vacanza,!) ed è un pò rumoroso ma è Napoli! Antonio è molto disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente, spero di tornarci presto.

Siamo appena tornati da una breve vacanza a Napoli. L'appartamento del signor Antonio e' perfetto per chi vuol visitare la città senza rinunciare ai servizi e al comfort. L'ubicazione e' infatti fantastica e l'appartamento e' nuovo, pulito e confortevole, veramente perfetto come punto d'appoggio. Noi eravamo in tre con una bimba piccola. Unico problema il traffico: la strada è davvero molto rumorosa ma d'altronde siamo al centro di Napoli!

Ubicazione fantastica. Proprietario gentile. Ma l'appartamento è veramente piccolo x 4 persone, specialmente se 4 adulti. Ottimo x 2 adulti e 2 bambini o 4 ragazzi.. Dotato di lenzuola si, ma zero canovaccio x la cucina e solo un telo bagno a testa a settimana è un po pochino, conviene attrezzarsi. No phon. Bagno sempre allagato: Doccia piccolissima con vetro doccia sfessurato e non adatto a taglie forti... poco insonorizzato, a parte i rumori della strada che sono folcloristici, quelli dei vicini di casa invece disturbavano anche a tarda sera. Consiglio l'appartamento x il posto e a gente si adatta facilmente...

"pregi: 1) posizione..a due passi da piazza plebiscito e da palazzo Reale, da via toledo e quindi a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico (piazza del Gesù, monastero Santa Chiara. spaccanapoli etc.) a 10 min a piedi dalla funicaolre per il vomero e quindi castel sant''Elmo e Certosa di San Martino inoltre a 5 minuti a piedi da due fermate di taxi. 2) contesto tranquillo ben servito (alimentari e un''ottima e dico ottima trattoria a 15 metri: Antica trattoria da Ettore) difetti: - via trafficata e rumorosa (però bastano un paio di tappi per le orecchie antirumore ed è risolto) - disguidi con il proprietario sul prezzo (aveva capito per due persone , in realtà eravamo tre) e su dove e a chi lasciare le valige il giorno della partenza (risolto perchè avevo un''amica a Napoli)."

L'appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre de Naples (de nombreux commerces à proximité). Rue un peu bruyante (surtout le matin). Appartement propre, bien équipé (il manque peut-être un micro-onde). Le propriétaire est charmant et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Naples.

We stayed in the serra house for one and a half weeks, and had a wonderfull time. The location of the appartement was nice, it was very clean and we had everything we needed at our disposal. The owner was nice and showed us a view places on a map of Naples present in the apartment. We had a great stay, Naples is a great city and Neapolitan food is the best!

Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui parle un peu français. Appartement bien situé dans un quartier animé. A une 20aine de minutes à pieds du port (départ de ferries pour Capri, Ischia, Procida,...). Local propre et doté de l'air conditionné indispensable en période estivale.

L'appartement est très bien situé ( piazza plebiscito, via toledo, riviera etc...), tout est accessible à pied. Quartier vivant et agréable, le jour et le soir. L'appartement est très propre et confortable. Très bon accueil, Antonio est de bon conseil. A recommander pour des séjours de plusieurs jours. Bémol : Rue un petit peu bruyante le matin.

Le propriétaire était charmant et disponible. J'habite à quelque mètres de ses appartements et cherchais un endroit pour recevoir de la famille. Il a eu des appartements à me proposer pour les différentes dates et tous étaient propres, bien situés dans Naples et avec tout ce qui est nécessaires. Le propriétaire parle un peu Français ce qui peut être bien pratique

"We''ve been at Naples in May. Location of appartment is perfect! You can find shopping, supermarket, gelateria and pizzeria within 5 min walking! "Brandi" pizzeria, where pizza Margarita was named is on neighbor street. Central square is on 200 meters distance. The building is old with internal yard. Old matronal woman are always in the lobby, so you can be sure about security. Appartment is clean, equipped by all necessary stuff. Shower cabin was a little bit small for me, because I''m big. But it''s trifle! If you want to test real "neapolitano" vacation - this place is 100% for this!"

Purtroppo pero'' il letto matrimoniale a due posti e'' in realta un divano letto e la finestra con il balconcino e'' molto rumorosa. "El apartamento es pequeño y básico pero está muy limpio y reformado. El entorno es muy seguro y está bien ubicado, aunque es ruidoso pero eso es normal en Nápoles. El agua caliente y la calefacción funciona correctamente, así que no pasamos frío y eso hizo más cómoda la estancia." Sólo tuvimos un problema y fue q no pudimos utiliza el sofá-cama, así q mi amiga y yo tuvimos que compartir cama que era algo con lo que no contábamos.
