Centrally located within walking distance of most everything. Room was spotless and comfortable. Stefano was extremely welcoming and provided super information on local restaurants,cafes and sightseeing. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful stay! Less than two minutes by foot to the Historic Center attractions with many dining and shopping options. Very clean and safe, and the host, Stefano, was quick to respond and provided great suggestions for dining and sight seeing.

The location is great. In the center of historical Naples. Very walkable. Many options for dinner and shopping. It is an appartment with 3-4 bedrooms with a small kitchen to share. No staff all the time, however the owner is always available. Simple breakfast at a close Coffee shop. Great services I will stay in this place again.

Stefano was a great host. He was a wealthnof knowledge and showed us with tips and information about the area. His place is in such a great location and was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will 100% return if I am back in Naples.

Amazing. If you just want a clean, safe, very central and very good value place to stay- this is it. Of course you can stay in a five/four star hotel but you will only sleep there and pay 10 times I paid here. Plus Stefano- was so so so very helpful- amazing host. Next time I am in Naples- will chose this venue.

This small B&B is within a larger building in the old town. We loved the area, lots of shops and restaurants close by. The owner gives you clear instructions on finding keys and everything you need to know. The room was modern and clean with air con.

Stephano the owner was incredibly accommodating. The room was close to everything. Naples is edgy, loud and decorated with street art. The only down side was that a couple taxis couldn’t come to the street. Lovely place, excellent communication with the owner, very close to The Museum Sansevero a MUST see.

Firstly Stefano was the most amazing host. We made the mistake of hiring a car and got so lost for 1.5 hours within the one way system around cloisters inn as the WiFi connection kept dying Stefano walked to where we were and “rescued” us then tried to get us out of the fines for driving with the ZTL zone that no one told us about. In the meantime Giuseppe bought our overly large American suitcases to our room for us. Whilst room is small, it was clean/quiet/affordable and perfectly located. Bed was so comfortable. Will definitely be back. Thank you gentlemen, you made made our quick visit unforgettable.

Hated Naples but Cloister Inn was nice. Had some initial communication issues because the owner said he emailed me the check-in stuff but I never received it. He was easily reached via WhatsApp though. The hotel itself was nice - clean, modern. Shower was broken but owner fixed issue within 1 day. Owner does not allow eating in the room - which is a little annoying and inconvenient.

The room was very modern and clean. A/C worked great, although the weather was nice so didn't need it much. Stefano was an amazing host. He is easy to communicate with on What'sApp. He quickly answered our questions and gave suggestions. Unfortunately, on our last day when we were flying home, the entire country of Italy's taxi drivers went on strike. We were at a loss as how to get us and all our luggage to the airport without a taxi. Stefano went out of his way to first inform us of the strike, so we were aware, and then he was able to reserve us a private driver. Stefano is a very good host!

Situated in the Historic Centre this accommodation and host, Stefano are incredible and we had an amazing stay. Clean and modern and fully ensuite, with comfortable double bed, kettle and coffee( not found in a lot of Italian accommodation), as well as a mini fridge (easily stockable from the mini market on the corner) this room is ideally located to explore the real Naples. Stefano was a wonderful host. Prior to our visit sending things for us to do,places to eat and advice and guidance via a WhatsApp chat. Breakfast is included via a voucher useable at a local cafe, Cafe de Napoli, literally a minutes walk away which does a great expresso and croissant. Stefano also organised our taxi to the airport too. An amazing experience. We will be going back and staying at The Closters Inn again. Grazie Stefano.
