"No WiFi in room 302 though they claim free WiFi. They knew that room never get any WiFi signal, still they lie. Very small shower room, fit for only a lean person. No support from the staff. 11 am in the checkout time, even 10 minutes delay will be charged extra, weird!! I went to this by seeing the brand of Best Western, but felt bad for staying there for 3 days with no WiFi."
