This hotel was great. Very busy area, close to marina and many restaurants. The room was cleaned daily. Great balcony too! The only downside was the shower head kept coming off and they did not fix it, just jammed it back on.

I booked for one night and ended up staying for five nights. Very convenient to Metro and Ferry station. I felt safe and comfortable. Make sure you communicate with the hotel before your arrival. Getting into the building and finding the hotel isn't easy. Instructions are Definitely needed. Had a Great stay!

Not really knowing where to stay, this seemed like a good location. Room was ready early. Clean and safe location. Fun elevator!! I have to say this was one of the most comfortable beds and pillows!!! Slept very well!!

Nice stay once we found the place. Very difficult to find. Parking was an experience i have never had before. The hotel has No parking and you have to hand over your car to some Guy that stops you in the road. ( Normal in Nepals they say);). Once you find the reception on the fourth floor, the welcome we recieved wasn’t the friendliest. The receptionist seemed more interested in her computer than guests. We never saw anyone the rest of our stay or checkout. Room was clean and a very good size. Jacuzzi bath in the room was a bit strange( No shower). Hotel is supposed to be a spa but We were never told anything about any spa. Find another hotel.

Lovely hotel, fantastic stay.

This hotel is in a great position for all amenities and easy access to the port for trips to Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi. Very large rooms and the most comfy bed ever. Staff and very polite and helpful, rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard. Even, the ricketty old lift was charming. Enjoyed a lovely stay and would definitely return.

This was a great stay! It’s a little confusing to get to but great otherwise! One thing, it states as an amenity that there is laundry but it is not on the premises, we had to go to a laundromat. In case that’s important to you!

Hotel in Naples.

The location is on the 4th floor of the building. I tried checking in early (8:30am) but the security guard wouldn’t allow me until the cleaning lady showed up (9:30). That was the only issue. The room was really nice for a European hotel. The port is only a 12 minute walk so close for tours if you go to Capri.

Very enjoyable stay

Whilst it’s not the easiest place to find, with just a small plaque at the entrance, it’s ideally located. A small quirky/authentic cage lift takes you up to reception. Our room was spacious, in great condition, with a large comfortable bed, desk & chair, large TV & a mini bar. The shower in the bathroom was a little small, but the bathroom was spacious overall. Great views from the room over the Piazza. Some noise as you would expect from being on a busy piazza, although a small price to pay for the great views & location. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall our stay was OK. One night half way through our stay when we returned to our room, we discovered that a shower door had been shattered and there was glass all over our bathroom floor and bedroom. The gentleman at reception was great and assisted in cleaning it up but we continued walking on glass or the rest of our stay. The shower head was never fixed and we had to hold the shower head with one hand each time. The location of the hotel was great, but having to walk on glass and finding it in our luggage and bathroom things for the rest of the trip was unpleasant and painful.

Do Not Waste Money

I was very disappointed! I was shown the “spa” when I checked in yet was never able to use it because the receptionist was never there. I tried messaging the hotel and never got a response. I paid for the president suite since it had a bathtub. There was no hot water my first night. When I did get hot water I discovered the tub’s drain doesn’t seal properly so I wasn’t able to even use the tub. They list in room massage- lie no massage at all and laundry services just means they change the sheets. The one blanket I got was stained as well as a pillow that had no pillow case.

Communication was poor, at best. First we were told that we could drop off our luggage prior to check in and we were told that there was parking near by. When we arrived, it was very difficult to find the hotel, we could not even park near by to unload. There was a person standing by the door who refused to take our luggage as promised and that changed our plans completely. Ultimately, we did not feel safe when trying to find parking and we had to cancel the the reservation, we had to find another hotel. Do not recommend this place at all, very bad.
