It was very difficult to locate the hotel. There wasn’t enough signage. I wound up driving around the block for almost an hour because I didn’t see any signs. Getting into the location was difficult. There were 3 keys and they didn’t always work. You had to play around with them once you got them inserted. They didn’t name the restaurant that was included. It just said it was 10 meters away and I wound up spending 50€ getting breakfast and coffee for the days I was there at the restaurant I was entitled to breakfast at. The staff seemed very nice . I was very disappointed It also takes a very long time to get questions answered as I could only message them via email

The staff were very helpful. Our room was very spacious and had a wonderful feel to it. The rooms front on to a busy street that has traffic most of the night. However the sound-proofing is fairly good - there is only a problem with noise if you want to keep your balcony door open at night.

Great place

Great location, near subway and maybe 30 min walk to the ferry. You reach Toledo and Spanish quarters with a little walk. Everything was good good cleaning and great staff.

There was nobody at the reception. The only time there was a woman, she could not speak English. We had nobody at the hotel who tobask for advice, how to transport, where to go. The building was nice and elegant

I stayed 5 nights at Barbarella in Chiaia, and it met every expectation. The host who spent everyday from 3-11 was very accommodating. Helped with what ever I needed and recommended things to do in the entire compañía region. My room was cleaned every day. And the hotel is in the perfect location if staying in Napoli.

Hotel is clean . It is difficult to find and also difficult to contact. There is rarely anyone actually on the desk to ask for help. It’s very much do it yourself. The rooms just fit a double bed in but the bathroom was ok. Everything from bed to bathroom check in to check out is basic. It’s not expensive so I guess you get what you pay for?

Inadequate facilities and unprofessional customer service. To begin with, the hot tub in our suite did not meet even basic expectations. The water temperature was far too low, making it impossible to enjoy a bath, let alone call it a “hot tub.” Even after running the hot water for over 20 minutes, the temperature remained lukewarm at best, and with the time it takes to fill the tub, the water was cold by the time it was full. Additionally, there was a noticeable leak at the base, which only worsened the situation. When I politely approached the reception to raise these concerns and to request an extra pillow or two (due to a neck and shoulder condition that requires proper support during sleep), I was met with a rude and mocking response. The gentleman at reception implied that one pillow should have been sufficient, showing no empathy or understanding. Later, when I requested he come to assess the hot tub issue, he entered our room while my partner was in a towel, tested the water, and again mocked me, asking sarcastically, “What do you want, boiling water?” This behavior was both inappropriate and unprofessional. When I asked him to leave and said I’d prefer to speak to a manager, he told me there was none available and refused further help. Only after I requested a refund did he bring 2 more pillows and a half-hearted apology. Also our safe did not work and our bath leaked across our bathroom floor. No hot water this morning either.

Il n’y a pas de vue mer. La clé d’accès à l’hébergement ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y a pas de réception, le numéro de téléphone sur hôtel.com n’est pas le bon. Oreiller sale. Lit inconfortable. N’espérez pas ouvrir la fenêtre, premier étage qui donne sur une avenue très fréquenté jour et nuit. Il n’y a que la salle de bain pour rattraper le coup.

La porta aveva un fermaporta magnetico a terra che si mimetizza col pavimento messo in un passaggio obbligato (a causa del letto che occupava lo spazio), involontariamente ho dato un colpo col piede e mi sono ferito. Le porte della doccia non erano pienamente ermetiche e quindi usciva un po' d'acqua. In ogni caso sto parlando della mia stanza nello specifico, le altre potrebbero non avere questi "problemi". Per il resto personale accogliente e disponibile, lenzuola pulite e ottima posizione. Consigliato se cercate qualcosa con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Eine gute & praktische Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip in Neapel. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude ... einige der Zimmer befinden sich direkt an der Straße, von daher nicht immer ganz ruhig Obwohl es als Bed & Breakfast beschrieben ist, kann man dort nicht frühstücken ... es gibt jedoch Alternativen direkt um die Ecke Die Zimmer selber sind sauber und der Größe entsprechend, könnten aber ein "Make-up" vertragen
