We were a bit spoiled when we were there, since there were no other guests on our floor during our stay. "This is a gem of a house - a true find. My husband and I went to Hilo with four of our grown children to visit family. The house is one of three in a beautiful tropical setting behind a very secure gate. The house is simple, clean, and had plenty of everything we needed like towels, dishes, and bedding. It was truly a haven to return to each day. We walked to great coffee, Thai food, and First Friday Arts Festival. When I had questions (wanted early check in, couldn’t figure out the keypad at first, etc), the staff responded to my texts instantly. We all hope to stay here again!"
