Pulling up to the property they take care of you right away. We had upgraded to Star Class so we had a separate area to check in. They explained everything and our concierge was also there while we checked in. She asked what she could do and we asked her to do all of our dinner reservations this way we knew ahead of time where we would have to be. Yellin our concierge was excellent and checked in with us by the what’s up app and found us around the resort. She was awesome! Property is clean, the rooms are nice. We were building 11. The staff that cleaned our rooms and filled our mini bar were awesome. We told them what we liked and they accommodated. We had some perks because we had booked through Expedia. Discounts on different stuff throughout the resort, we received special drinks when we sat down at the restaurants. Everyone was extremely nice at the resort. We spent most days at the Star Class pool, they have servers coming around constantly to see if you need food or drinks. They also will set up your chairs with towels and make it look nice. The cons of this resort are the food is just ok. Most All-Inclusives have mediocre food but this was just a step below that. I will say other people in our group liked the food and desserts. The other big complaint with this resort is the giant hill you have to walk up and down. They do have shuttles that are constantly going but sometimes it’s nice just to walk and it’s quite a hill.
