"The room: huge, spotless, comfortable, everything you need. The staff: Very friendly and helpful. The location: Excellent for old town and Jewish quarter. Central but also quiet and right next to the train station and a supermarket. The food: We didn't have the breakfast, we had dinner one evening and this was very nice."

"I wasn't too happy paying more than the original quoted price, a rise from about1500 zl to 18 00 zl, but at least my room had been upgraded to a business class room. The room, as was the hotel, cosy and warm during a very cold Polish winter. Breakfast would be better if a freshly made breakfast were offered as well as the buffet. The staff were all friendly and helpful and knew English well."
