"This is a great hotel. My room was clean, spacious, elegantly furnished, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of selections: eggs, sausage, fruit, vegetables, soup, bacon, blood sausage, coffee, juices, etc. The hotel is situated right near a tram and near the Schindler factory. I can’t recommend the hotel highly enough."

"Wonderful hotel just 20mins from the John Paul II airport. The staff were exceptional, my room very clean and was cleaned daily . The breakfast was good and catered to my gluten free needs. The hotel is just a stone throw from a tram station and so it was easy to travel to the old town and back. There’s also a spa and sauna and pool!"

"Great location to the town , quad room was spacious and clean asked for extra pillows and arrived to the room whilst we was out , only think don’t have is a toaster in the breakfast area for toast in the morning if you order breakfast otherwise great hotel would definitely stay again if back there"

"The hotel is facing Plac Nowy. The rooms are of a really good standard, walk in shower, fridge and safe. If i was to offer 1 negative it would be the lack of wifi connections to the TV, no opportunity to watch Netflix, prime or you tube. Otherwise can't fault it."

"It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. Staff very helpful. polite and always with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was excellent worth the money and the restuarant was very good. There is a small gym which I used several times. I liked the idea of water machines on each floor to save buying bottled water to take to the room. If I return to Krakow I will stay there again."

The sauna and spa area is a bit small, but it's well-equipped and does the job perfectly. The location is also fantastic — close to everything we needed and easy to get around from.
