"I love this hotel"

"Located in the historic area, where the architecture is lovely. I walked from/to here every day and had no concerns of the neighborhood. Rooms and breakfast were a class above a regular modern tourist hotel. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm 75 and active, and would stay here again"

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Clean room, breakfast included, great location near center of Santiago, and very friendly staff. It has all the basics you need, and for the winter an extra heavy blanket and heat. The only problem is that it can get very noisy, I think because of the thin walls. So unfortunately I couldn’t sleep very well because some unrespectful people (brazilians) where talking too loud and making noise at early in the morning and late at night. Maybe with some earplugs it could work."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient—only a 5-minute walk to the metro station. I also really appreciated the free access to a full professional gym, which was an excellent bonus. A special thank you to the receptionist, Yailin Martinez.
