Newly renovated 5 bedroom 2 bath house on Payne Lake road 15 mins from Waterton

Welcome to an ideal vacation home nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and is the perfect home for a relaxing getaway. This comfortable, spacious family home has been newly remodelled and made into the perfect vacation home with a large family room featuring a pool table, large screen tv, comfortable couches and a game cupboard for family fun. It also includes a roomy sunroom off of the kitchen with a large table and couches to accommodate your group. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full size range, large modern fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A playpen and highchair are also available for the littles.
The freshly updated bedrooms feature queen sized beds with brand new bedding and pillows with spacious closets. Every surface of the master bath has been completely updated with a new tub, marble tile tub surround, new fixtures and a new double sink vanity and mirrors.
The main floor living room features several comfortable seating options with a large bay window allowing an abundance of natural light.
It is located on 13 acres with a nearby pond, a horse pasture and a large yard with a fire pit and barbecue. The property is located within 2 minutes of Payne Lake and 15 minutes from beautiful Waterton Lakes National Park.

Great location and awesome house

Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We were there to hike for a week and it was the perfect place to do it - close to the park but outside the business of being in the park. Quite and peaceful location. Amenities are as advertised. The house has everything that you need. There is even popcorn and a maker in the kitchen. The house is big with room to spread out and read or relax. The whole house is nicely updated and very comfortable. I have rented places that felt really sort of barren and cold but this not house. It had a full complement of kitchen needs and plenty of towels and everything that you need. It is not “fancy” it is homey and comfortable, just what we wanted. Can’t say enough good things. Hopefully I’ll get back there sometime soon. A legit five star place!

Great, enjoyable spacious house

We had a reduced group compared to our initial plan of 9 adults plus an infant, but we ended up being 5 adults, so the house is perceived even more spacious. The kitchen perfectly organized, all drawers labeled. Very clean except for the coffee pot, but I consider that a nothingness. The host was very responsive, I called her twice and she immediately answered and helped.

spacious clean and quiet

Our stay was very pleasant and had a great time with family and friends, mix of teens, adults and seniors. Place was clean, lots of space in and around, kitchen fully stocked and just the right distance from Waterton for a daily visit and back.

Family Getaway

Our multi-generational family of 9 adults and 2 year old twins thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here recently. The home was just perfect for our get together - clean and spacious with 5 very comfortable bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Loved the proximity to Waterton Park where we spent a day exploring. We highly recommend this property and are already talking about a return visit!

Girls weekend

Great experience. 10 ladies in one house , Great accommodations, well organized , clean , short drive to Waterton . We would highly recommend this rental property. My granddaughter would love to live there .

Family outing

We had a family of 11 people with three seniors, and an infant travel just recently for a couple of nights in the house. It was very comfortable and clean provided with clean, comfortable beds and towels and a fully stocked kitchen. I would recommend a few more mugs, but overall kitchen was well stocked and the house was lovely. We had a lot of rain, so I did not have a chance to try the backyard or barbecue, but it also looked great!

Great for a visit to Waterton Lakes

My wife and two adult kids stayed in Hali’s place for three days as a base for visiting Waterton Lakes. It was great for our needs. Here’s why: Lots of beds and space. Could have easily fit several more. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom/showers good. We’ll stocked kitchen. BBQ though we didn’t need it. Fans in each room, which we did need because it reached over 90 while we were there. Fortunately the basement is naturally cooler. Only 20 minutes to Waterton Town made it very convenient. All in all a great option for a family.

Great place to stay near Waterton

This house was great - a short drive to Waterton Park, and very close to Payne Lake. It was quiet, clean, and well set up for everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful property!

Short stay

This place fit our needs very well. Only downfall was no washer/dryer there was laundry detergent but not a washer or dryer. Very close to Waterton Lakes National Park.

Great location to waterton park

House was great although there was no tv stations and no dvd player. Wii game was great but did not play dvds. Not a huge deal but we had a group of special needs adults that needed a few tv stations . House was clean and efficient . Thanks again for a great stay.

Lots of room and comfort

This was a great find-the perfect spot to stay in comfort and quiet while visiting Waterton National Park. Lots of room to relax. I loved reading in the sunroom off the kitchen while gazing at the Canadian Rocky Mountains. My teens enjoyed the basement and the pool table. Everything was so nicely decorated, very pretty and comfortable. I loved being out in country and was very easy 10-minute drive into the park. lots of room and comfort

Great outdoor space to walk around and feed the horses. Lots of seating for a large group. Nice queit place to come back to after a day of touring in Waterton Park.
