"Overall this is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but it was definitely over priced for what it was (I do notice that it came down significantly in price since we booked, so maybe they realised that too!) On check in we were taken to a room that bore no resemblance to what we had booked and what was shown in the pictures and was definitely not worth £250 per night. "The property is absolutely gorgeous. There were wonderful views and lots of wildlife. We stayed in a basic room and it was more than adequate. Some of the reception area staff were not nice and gave conflicting information about the free hotel shuttle. Most of the other staff were very nice though. Be aware if you want to explore the property there is a lot of inclines. Walking to and from the very nearby Biesanz beach was strenuous on the steep incline but very worth it. We saw so many monkeys...
