It’s a nice hotel. We didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast. The check in desk could be lower and towels need to be replaced, kind of thin.

Staff was incredible! Following an accident we were forced to stay in mount vernon. Staff got us in a room right away even though it was way before check in! Very pleased! Property was just ok. Could use some updating!

i booked this hotel because i was traveling with 12 yo grandson & it had a pool. Found out on arrival that pool was closed ‘for cleaning’. Also, lady taking care of breakfast area could have been more pleasant.

Hyatt Place is always a great stay. Location is a little older and beginning to show. But all in all still a great place and is pet friendly. My only issue was that it took several minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to check us in. That said, I will almost always choose Hyatt Place if one is available. I wish there were more locations.

Good, not great.

Nice stay. The room was mostly clean. Bathroom light fixture was a little dirty. Shower took a long time to get hot. Other than that, a generally enjoyable experience. Staff was terrific, no major concerns.
