"Very bad experience, paid parking, no cleaning or room service provided for 3days. Broken wooden floor, wooden tiles was coming out, high risk for kids to get injured. Bad breakfast experience, only Begals and muffins, no eggs, bread or waffles, very disappointing for both kids."
