"The hotel is at one of the main entrances to the historic Centro and there are restaurants , retail stores within minutes. Our bed was firm and new, the shower was excellent with a rain shower head plus hand-held. Breakfast buffet was excellent with literally dozens of delicious options. Front desk was helpful and enthusiastic. Highly recommended."

"Spa is very tired, there’s a spa pool with various sections that once did something but most of it is not working now, and there are loose tiles and broken switches. Access was included in our room rate but I wouldn’t pay extra if it wasn’t. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"

"Excellent property! Service was fabulous. Rooms and facilities were spotless. Really such a pleasure. Particularly good for kids - balloon animals at breakfast and kids hats and r shirts on their bed as a gift when they arrived. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent position. Beautiful rooftop terrace with panoramic view of Viareggio. Friendly family run hotel. Ferragosto (15th Aug) - the hotel treated all the guests to a beautiful celebration on the roof terrace with excellent food and drink. This was a lovely surprise! Thank you!"
