"The room was very bare bones. 2 bath towels no face clothes. No coffee pot just instant. Anyone staying there is likely getting a flight the next morning. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice enough and help ful."

"They gave us a room with no air conditioning in the middle of summer, with temperatures over 80 degrees. We initially assumed the AC was out for the entire hotel (since they actually informed us -no AC). Being too tired we tried to go to the room to get some sleep, but it was impossible. The tiny room was unbearably hot, and the window only opened a small sliver at the top. We went downstairs to figure out what to do, fully expecting we’d need to move to a nearby hotel. Only after raising our voices were we suddenly given a room with air conditioning. Completely unacceptable — if an air‑conditioned room was available, why try to squeeze guests into a stifling room for a miserable night? Mold on the bathroom wall around the circular window only added to disappointment."

"Our room had not been cleaned as it should, bathroom was full of hairs all over. I asked for a change of room, but the person at the front desk was very rude; a minute after I had the attention of another person and she was very kind and apologized to me. We changed the room. It was not very clean also, but was ok. The hotel has a nice restaurant."

"Definitely good for the price. Spacious clean rooms. Nice sloppy with snacks that could be bought anytime in a small restaurant a good food. The shuttle is awesome. We had a bit of an issue with our shower and the coffee of the room was not well supplied. The only other issue we had was a check-in. There was a line with 1 person working in the desk. There were two other people doing things at the desk and never volunteered to help. the people in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience. Would definitely stay there again for an early flight out of Charles to call."
