"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

They forgot to mention that there is no elevator: how happy were you carrying 40 lbs bag on the second floor by narrow twisted stairs? Front desk had not even try to offer help. When I asked they told me it’s only women here. I asked to split our blankets. Got lectured to order upon booking. Bad restaurant. Overcrowded with...

"This is a lovely hidden gem in Tuscany. The outdoor view is refreshing and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful; the property was one of our favorite places we stayed. Very comfortable accommodations with a nice kitchen and dining area. Did a day trip to Florence which was about half an hour drive. We could have stayed here longer and been perfectly happy. "

"The property and our room was beautiful and very clean. The pool area was nice to swim in and relax. The laundry service was too expensive at 8 euros per wash. We were grateful to have a washer to save time and be able to hang our clothes outside to dry, but the price seemed like a lot since the machine was small. "Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!"
