The people at the property are very very nice and helpful. They offered us several places to visit that were wonderful."

"Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. "
