Heba was our guide. She was great. She spoke English fluently and was very knowledgeable. She arranged to the tour to met our needs. I would highly recommend Heba. The tour was $$$ but very convenient and comfortable. The Concierge representatives were all pleasant and helpful at all hours of the day and night. The Hotel representatives at the front entrance were very welcoming and helpful especially with locating uber drivers. Sayed Sayed from Housekeeping was very friendly and accomodating. Ibrahim from Housekeeping cleaned and maintained our beautiful room. This hotel is truly a haven in a very busy crowded Cairo. I would recommend a Nile view room from a high floor. We were on the 9th floor; the view was amazing. "

I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd."

"Sama hotel was a great place to stay!! Especially for the price. We were a bit concerned when we entered the building as going up the stairs seemed a bit sketchy but the floor the hotel is on is great! They have their own elevator too which made it convenient for avoiding the stairs. The room was clean and spacious, balcony was nice. The noise wasn’t too bad with the AC going considering the locals do not sleep lol. The breakfast was great and came super quick once requested. If we needed anything the front desk was quick to provide. It was conveniently located to shops and local restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff there!! Only thing with the room was the shower didn’t have full glass across it so the water would spray all over the bathroom floor. "
