"Property was a little worn. Issue with design in bathrooms that has the water shooting out on to the floors (happened in several of our rooms) during showers. One of our party had a ceiling leak in their bathroom from the room above."

"A little dingy. Stains on rugs, mold around shower dispensers, dirty elevator doors, wood finish scraped off in areas. Looks like it used to be nice."

No one wants to relax to the sound of drilling and construction. Also, the breakfast was lackluster. Not up to the Holiday Inn brand."
