My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff gave us everything we needed for the pull-out couch before we had even gone up to the room. The breakfast buffet was good, too.

The staff, both at check in and out were great. However, there was a crack in the bathtub, the pool was disgusting, and the hot tub looked like someone have vomited in it. The TV in the room was also somewhat broken.

I reserved online. The pictures led me to believe I was staying at the Clairon Hotel. Once I got there to check in I was directed to the Comfort Hotel behind the Clarion Hotel. I was totally confused but needed rest. My husband was looking forward to the hot tub & of course it was not working properly. We got to our room to inspect & the bathtub was dirty looking and needed repair. It didn’t look like the pictures on their site. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned because my family member had to use it and it had a mess in it and hadn’t been cleaned. Our bath towels were still damp. I’m hoping from the dryer. We did not shower in the room. We skipped it! We noticed the wood furniture in the room needed cleaning and the carpet was dirty. The staff was nice at check in. We didn’t like the fact that the outside door remained unlocked. We went to breakfast the next day and it was just ok. Nothing special. We were very disappointed in the Comfort/Clarion Hotel chain. The hotel needs some major improvements.

Place was ok for the price. Not the cleanest. Staff was nice. Went to front desk to get bedding for pullout sofa and they did not have any pillows to provide, which did not make sense. We were able to get extra sheets to cover the stains on thr sofa which was a plus. Breakfast was good.

My daughter forgot her purse in the breakfast area. We discovered it after being on the road for 11/2 hours. We called and someone had turned it in and they saved it at the front desk. It took a very honest person to do that. Everything from the nice bed to the fresh breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again.

I stay in Comfort Suites all over the US. This is the second time staying here. The staff is always very nice and helpful but the hotel has gone down hill. The outside is ok can change the neighborhood but pick up the grounds. The inside is clean but the rooms look like they are under repair. There were drywall repairs done around the room and bathroom but not repainted. The mattress was not very comfortable with lots of divots. The pillows seemed new. The pool was not open. Overall for the discounted price it was worth it.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious. Nice floor plan but in need of updating. Room had a smell about it. We got use to it but wasn’t a fresh smell that some rooms have. Maybe the carpet needs taken out. Breakfast was good. Very close to I-75. That is why I heard faint traffic noise during the night. Close to a reasonably price gas station on the way out to get back on I-75. I would stay there again but hope they have updated by then.
