"We enjoyed our brief stay. Breakfast was excellent & thanks to all involved as we thoroughly enjoyed the presentation on offer. Our apartment was very spacious. Staff across the hotel provided the best service especially the breakfast & happy hour teams. Nicki on reception provided excellent service & we look forward to returning soon. This is certainly a very caring place to stay."

"This is a 'must do'! From arrival to departure it could not be faulted. The zoo is super - lots of activities for kids without having to be looking at animals all the time, plenty of places to sit and enjoy your own snacks without having to purchase everything. And the accommodation is next level...rooms are large and beautifully presented, meals were superb and service was exceptional. Absolutely 5 stars!! "

"Spacious Room"

"The home is beautiful and well appointed. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and near to the lake and embassies. We had some trouble on the day of arrival - directions were sent regarding check in about an hour prior to the check in time, and only after I reached out to the host to request them. The house did not seem fully cleaned - there were leftover food items in the refrigerator and freezer, trash in the kitchen bin (which also reeked of cigarette smoke when opened), used towels hanging in a closet, and the sheets on one of the beds had to be changed due to staining. All laundry machines were filled with bedding and other items. The host was prompt to reply to messages and noted she would address these issues with her cleaning crew. However, it made a rocky start to our short stay. "
