"The room was excellent clean & tidy in a great location within walking distance to the main shopping mall in Civic. The only thing i was disappointed in was the shower head in the room wouldn't stay up properly and the body was container in the shower was empty. I left the motel early this morning before the reception was open so was unable to report the problems. Yes I would stay there again in the future."

"Employee on front desk when we arrived was very friendly, helpful and cheerful! Complex is huge with lots of rooms. Ours was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Heater was fairly new and did a fabulous job keeping us warm during a Canberra winter night and morning! Parking was close to the entrance to our block and easy to negotiate. A large school group arrived into our block shortly after we settled into our room which was a little daunting, but honestly they made very little noise or caused any problems - very impressed with their behaviour!!! There was a restaurant onsite, but we didn’t use it as the Harmonie German Club was just around the corner (walking distance) and as we’d eaten there before we knew that’s where we wanted to eat!!! Cannot comment on breakfast as we had to attend a medical appointment early the next morning, so just had a cuppa in our room before departing."
