I regret not being able to recall the names of every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, as they were all remarkable. "This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Casablanca. The staff were incredible nice and I’m so glad we stayed there. We didn’t use the pool, there was a sign on the lift staying it was not available due to some works being carried out"
