"Overall was good for only one night. I tried to schedule a massage but the property didn’t communicate well. They didn’t want to schedule it before we arrive. When I arrived there was no availability anymore. The apartment in the first floor was very noisy until 3am. Staff was very nice and friendly. Location is great!"

"The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was amazing! My only issue was that my bathroom had drain issues both in the shower and the sink which was a minor annoyance and I’m sure could have been repaired quickly if we were staying for a longer visit. The facilities and the hotels location could not have been better. I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca on our next visit!"

"We needed 1 night in Casablanca following our trip around Morocco, for an early flight the next morning. This hotel was conveniently located, very modern and clean. I would've expected a bit more from the front desk staff – they were cold and perfunctory. Upon check-in, the lady that was checking us in was preoccupied with her colleage working beside her, joking with him and also chatting with the customer he was chatting with. Check out was also very brusque and perfunctory. Not quite the Moroccan warmth and hospitality that we had become accustomed to from our previous 2 weeks through the country. "
