The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is great and central to everything. The restaurant attached to the hotel where we had breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing. Good food and great service. The room had a small fridge which was nice. The room size was great.

La chambre était propre mais le jour de notre arrivée, l'écoulement du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas, la climatisation ne marchait pas et l'éclairage du balcon clignotait. La climatisation ne marchant pas, la personne de la réception nous a proposé une bouteille d'eau en compensation, bouteille d'eau facturée à notre départ...La climatisation a été réparée le lendemain comme le lavabo du reste mais aucunement l'éclairage du balcon. Le balcon était un plus mais impossible de s'installer lire le soir et c'est franchement dommage! Le personnel du bar et restaurant était fort sympathique mais avait des consignes. Au petit-déjeuner, le café était du café filtré peu fort, l'expresso était en extra. Le jus d'orange n'était pas non plus du frais mais en bouteille. Un comble pour le Maroc! Quant au personnel de l'accueil, 2 écoles, une réceptionniste très professionnelle à l'écoute du client et à la recherche de renseignements et d'informations pour faciliter la découverte de la ville et malheureusement une seconde réceptionniste plus occupé sur son téléphone et préférant ne pas être dérangée (ou en tout cas le faisant bien sentir). En conclusion pas un très mauvais séjour mais un cumul de dysfonctionnement agaçants!

The breakfast was fresh daily with choice of the way egg was cooked . Fresh bread and choice of hot drink . I only wish there was fresh fruit . Ahmed and and the other staff were amazing . She did a great job cleaning . I wish there was a gym and a tea kettle and also the bicycles for rent .

Good position in quiet street, 15 min walk to tramline. Good shops and eating places nearby. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Buses more convenient than tram if using the CasaBus app, especially for visiting the Has II mosque, which is a must.

We arrived very late because of a delayed flight and we were not given any instructions such as breakfast time, wasn’t a warm welcome. Although our experience was good the next day and the staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean, there is an issue here that they should tell you. The water is shut off over night. As we arrived at 3am, we wanted to take hot showers before after a long day of travelling, before getting into bed. We found no water ro be had. I called reception and they just told us we had to wait till 7am. They didn’t even offer us bottled water so we could wash our hands and brush our teeth. Very much a first world problem but still an inconvenience when you’re paying for it. Also the design of the showers mean that when you do finally get water, it floods the bathroom. Shame because the people were very nice.

The Hotel Yto is a quaint little hotel on a little side street in the city center of Casablanca. I only spent one night at this hotel primarily because it was so affordable, but I was pleasantly surprised how beautifully appointed the rooms are. My room was very comfortable, modern and clean. it was very nicely decorated. Very stylish. Khadijah at the front desk was kind, sweet and accommodating. The complimentary continental breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff member I encountered was very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Generally, it was good. The property needs updating: there are no USB connections; there are few outlets where needed. On site Alma restraint provided good service and adequate selections. The staff provided excellent service. Reception was attentive to our needs.
