The staff was amazing. I’m not gonna lie. This is not the most elite hotel but I promise you as a mom or four that was just trying to get away and relax in a quiet, peaceful environment. It was perfect and it was not expensive.

The first room that they assigned me had bugs in the bed. After attempting several room changes that were located either next to the first room with bugs in the bed, or just below it, they assigned me a very clean room at the opposite end of the hotel. I have pictures of these bugs. After the room change, the room that I stayed in was very clean. The breakfast was nice and hot and had several choices.

Staff was kind and that was the best part! Bed was like sleeping on plywood, hot tub had caution tape around(pool too cold for me), pool packed and pretty sure most the people weren't guests, gym had a bunch of 10 or younger kids in it (door said 18+ but that was moreso the parents doing not the hotel), breakfast was ok but nothing really to drink. Its spring break in this area so hotel was packed smelled of weed and wet dog. I paid $180 for 2 nights so was not expecting much but deff will stick with hotel brands I know in the future.

They double booked my room, so I did not get the room I paid for. They shut breakfast down a half an hour early, night staff did warn us about it. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. My room was clean, bed comfortable, what food we were able to get, was good. But my disappointment for not getting the room I paid for, a jacuzzi tub room, overshadowed everything else.
