"ロケーションと露天風呂が最高でした。"

"When I walked into this space I felt like I was a millionare that could actually afford a place like this! The pictures are real! First place we stayed that had room service breakfast for free! It was just so lovely and delicious!! I felt like royalty! EXCEPTIONAL in all aspects!!"

"We had 2 rooms for our extended family of 5 adults at the end of September. The rooms at Sunrise Suites are spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The property is close to transit and family rooms give a great view of Toji Temple right across the street. We appreciated the convenience of the small open kitchen, large washroom and living spaces, and washer/dryer combo. Room temperature was easy to manage with fluctuating weather conditions. The only downsides for...

"Great Hotel, not far from Jujo Station, which is just two stops from Kyoto Station. Spacious and clean room and bath, friendly staff."

"The staff is amazing at this hotel. I absent mindedly left my cell phone sitting on the bench after checking in and thought I had lost it. They found it and kept it safe for me."

"Zimmer für Japanische Verhältnisse recht groß Sitz Blocker ein wenig ab gewohnt modernes Bad Kitchenette genau richtig und gut ausgestattet Schönes Ambiente insgesamt Gute Anbindung da fußläufig zum Bahnhof"

"It’s a good hotel that had a good bang for buck in Kyoto. That being said, the property was not very well maintained (specially the paint was peeling a bit off and the AC was louder than others I’ve seen at other hotels) that being said, the property is being renewed at the moment and I expect it to improve once the renovations are complete."

"We loved the size of the room and the bigger bathroom, also had a washing machine which was very handy. Staff were excellent and location was good."

"Very good hotel. The rooms was very nice and clean and it is in a nice quiet location. The only downside was the windows had a curtain you could not open it seemed. Lovely staff and comfy room, though."

"チェックイン機に同行者の住所まで必須となっていてとても手間取った（結果、フロントの人が来てスキップしてくれたが・・・）。"

"Cups are always thoroughly washed. However, carpets need to be vacuumed. The hotel is within 6 minutes' walk to Kyoto JR station. The station accomodates Shinkansen, JR lines, Kyoto Municipal Subway, and Kintetsu Railway. There is a city bus terminal on the north side of the JR station. One can get around landmarks in different areas of the city. Porta Dining is located underneath the station. Restaurants of diverse cuisines are available there."

"The property was very quant. The rooms impeccable and spacious. Love the Toto toilets the staff has helpful, friendly and knowledgeable"

"Très bonne situation proche du centre ville. Personnel adorable. Chambre suffisamment spacieuse, parfaitement propre, literie de très bonne qualité. Un alcool offert tous les soirs est une attention appréciée. Possibilité de garder les bagages gratuitement. Tout cela est très bien, par contre, La partie cuisine est totalement inutilisable: pas de couteaux, pas d'assiettes ( 2 soucoupes uniquement), pas d'égouttoir, pas de torchon de vaisselle, etc. Tout est fait pour vous dissuader de cuisiner....

"Good place."

"WiFi was a little spotty, but everything else was good."
