"We loved the location of this hotel, right on the Republic Square, in the heart of the action. There was construction going on so the entrance was hard to find, signage was poor. The hotel needs to give a heads up to how to get to the hotel. We were also there during Marathon Weekend - very fun for all of the activity, the start/finish line right out our hotel window. "Mama Shelter Belgrade is awesome. To start, it's located inside of a massive 4 or 5 level retail mall. The former is within a vibrant shopping plaza which happens to be across from Belgrade Fortress Park. My point here is that it is centrally located. The staff is professional and cordial. My room was tastefully appointed with everything I needed and the lobby doubles as a bar/restaurant/lounge with live music. The strange thing is that there's no awkward transition between hotel check-in and visiting the bar/restaurant. It all works seamlessly. I strongly recommend Mama Shelter Belgrade and when I Belgrade next. I plan to stay there again. Cheers,"
