"Our host Jenny was brilliant. There had been some kind of miscommunication on the booking, where other hosts would have created an issue, Jenny welcomed us and all was well. "I really liked my room: clean, modern and functional. The QRCode based room service was a big 1/5 stars for me. Menu item availability wasnt current and it took 40 minutes to sort this out with a chat bot firstly, no promised human (waited 20 minutes) a guy on the phone who wasn’t on the site and who suggested I go downstairs with my query (! Room service man!) a chat with reception, another chat with reception…..I did eventually get my dinner delivered to my room. It was nice."
