"Beautiful place and friendly hosts! A few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. We would stay here again."

"We’ve been fortunate to travel the world and this hotel was terrific. In the heart of Bentonville. A world-class museum within walking distance. Phenomenal restaurants. We will definitely be back to this curated hotel and city."

"Friendly staff - quiet location"

"Where to start? After I book I called the hotel to make sure they seen my request both rooms right beside each other and without lots of walking due to my parents being older my dad is about 8 months out of hip surgery and mom 4 months from knee surgery. They said yes we are on the 1st floor door 3 and for which was great. Once we arrived we found out my parents was on floor 1 and us on floor 3. They where doing remodeling on 2 and 4 and could not move us near each other. (I also have 7, 9 and...

"Everything was nice! Luxurious The Staff from front desk to cleaning were knowledgeable & helpful....the property is very nice..highly recommend"

"We had a great stay. Room was clean and just as advertised. Easy check in/out."

"This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend!"

"Great"

"We were planning to be in Bentonville for four days so we reserved a king suite. It had a small sitting area with a couch, chair, and tv. That made it nice to return to the hotel between activities and rest for a bit before heading out again. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The breakfasts were standard hotel fare, but filling. My husband loved the 24-hour access to coffee."

"Everything was clean , nice staff and very good breakfast. We will definitely be staying there again ."

"Close to everything we wanted"

"Great stay love everything about it."

"Very friendly and helpful front desk. The place was clean throughout, with comfy beds and darkening curtains."

"Great place"

"Reception person had surly attitude but kitchen staff were friendly. Coffee and juices at breakfast were average, and no coffeemaker in room. No espresso machine. Beds were comfortable but toilet paper was thin/cheap."

"Building needs some repairs and upgrades. There was a mildew smell in the building. Sheets were stained in an over use way. Toilet handle kept falling off, toilet seat was stained. It just needs to be taken care of better."

"The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean overall. However, the room had a noticeable pet odor, and the toilet seat wouldn’t close properly because it was stuck against the sink counter. The lobby looked much nicer than the rooms themselves. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and Walmart."
