"This property is very close to Beaver Lake and has a great view. It had a nice pool and parking right outside your door.
It's an older location that's been totally remodeled and even boasts remote controlled AC. Very close to restaurants and many different Marina's and shops. My hats off to whoever picked out the updated room fixtures and décor."

"This is a fairly new property and the property is very clean and very well maintained. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. Check in was very efficient. The location is fantastic! Very close to restaurants, car wash and shopping. The room, bathroom, and common areas were perfectly clean. I will definitely stay here again when i am in the area. Highly recommend!"
"This couldn't have been a better stay. We were staying in town for a wedding at The Ledger. This VRBO was super close to The Ledger and really everything else we visited. We were able to walk just about everywhere. Parking was super simple and ample for all of the guests. The actual townhome was amazing. We didn't really use many of the amenities for our stay, but plenty of great appliances for cooking, laundry, etc. if needed. Also the beds were super comfortable. I'm not sure what sheets/comforters were on the bed, but I need more of those in my life :)"
"The townhouse is literally steps away from the Bentonville square. Restaurants and Walmart Neighborhood Market were right around the corner. We were able to enjoy all the festivities of First Fridays and July 4th. We could see part of the fireworks show. The house was extremely clean and the check in and check out process was very easy. If we had questions our friendly host answered them immediately. I would definitely recommend this property. Don't forget your bicycles. Walking trails and bike trails are all around you. "

"The house is in a very nice residential small town feel part of town. The house is clean and well equipped if you want to cook or just hang out. Garage play room was a little warm with the heat. We had a storm blow through and quite a few limbs fell. The property manager was very quick to come over and had help to clean up. "
