"Check-in was smooth. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh. The hallways smell of smoke and mildew as the bathrooms in the guest rooms have water damage and has a damp odor. We spent two nights for a dance competition and while the ballroom area was fine for our purposes it would have been great to have a better experience with the restaurant/bar onsite as well as the pool area. The decor is lacking, no greenery/plants around the pool or general comforts in the lobby area to create an experience to hang out. "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The breakfast, amenities, and furniture were simple but appropriate for the price. Overall, it was a good value for a budget-friendly stay."

"The hotel was under construction for renovations during our stay. We reserved a room with 1 King bed that was newly refurbished. We were puzzled about the following renovations: a see through glass door on the shower and the toilet was adjacent, a large empty corner in the room were an oversized chair should have been (the only place to sit was the bed or 1 desk chair, and limited parking due to construction debris and storage containers."

"We stayed here a couple of times previously. The property and rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, this stay provided very little sleep. Between 1 am and 4 am there was such a loud party above us that it disturbed the peace. It was obnoxious. We did report it and hoped it would be heard and managed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. "

"Hotel is nice and the decor is cool. Disappointed there was no fridge in the room. Sheets, blankets and majority of the room was spotless. One negative... The shades were dirty like a kid with sticky hands ran over them."

"Staff across the board was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I have stayed at this location several times and never had an issue. The woman at check in seemed rude but had no issue with check in. Check out is 12pm. 11am housekeeping attempted to enter the room waking us up from a nap. 11:30 the front desk called the room phone and was outright disrespectful to my spouse when she answered stating “CHECKOUT IS AT NOON!” To which my spouse replied “yes, we are packing our things and tidying up the room” 11:54 housekeeping again banged on the door and informed us checkout is at noon to which my spouse replied “yes noon not 11:54”. At which point 11:59 the desk once again called the room to remind us of the checkout time. At this point I informed them if they stop knocking on the door and give us a minute we can finish packing and will gladly be off your property. I have never encountered such aggressive staff. "
