Very friendly staff. The location is perfect for nature lovers and those wanting a quiet escape. It is a 20 minute walk from Middelfart and 30 minute walk from Middelfart train station, which is a bit of a way but doable and worth it. From the hotel we saw porpoises deer and a variety of birds. Superb views of the little belt and the two bridges from breakfast and dinner.

TOP Location and great standard.

Beautiful views around the hotel, as well as from the restaurant and bar area. Exclusive dishes in the restaurant and splendid service. High room standard, nice and clean. Highly recommendable, both for business and pleasure.

It’s a no from us

Dirty room and uncomfortable bed, overall the room was in need of an upgrade and felt dirty. The spa and the gym also need a renovation and nothing I would recommend visiting. The restaurant and the breakfast was the highlight on our stay, the food was good!

The hotel's location is beautiful. The restaurant menu is quite limited, and the menu is the same for two weeks, with two main courses, which is a shame. But there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel claims to be very concerned with sustainability, so you have to check in every day for clean (and especially dry) towels by App, since there's nowhere to hang your towel to dry. If this were possible, that would be fine, but now... it's a shame. It concerns 5 stars so you can expect something, nice hotel, finishing could be better, but really enjoyed the location and surrounding nature. Beds aren't the best either, but rooms are nice and quiet. Had a nice holiday but plenty of room for improvement, greetings from the holiday man.

Dejlig beliggenhed tæt på Middelfart og Dyrehaven. Venligt personale og god morgenmad. Desværre har hotellet fået scanselv rengøring som skal benyttes når man ønsker rengøring, men det virker ikke hvilket ødelægger en del af oplevelsen ved at bo der. Rengøringspersonalet kommer ikke hver gang. Ryg fra rygeområder generer en del når man benytter sin altan. Ikke optimalt når man har valgt et rygfrit hotel.

Fantastisk dejlig sted med god service, gode faciliteter og lækker mad. Tjenerne havde dog en anelse for travlt til, at jeg som gæst følte mig “kræset om, set og opvartet” - hvilket blandt andet gjorde at desserten ikke blev bestilt. Men helt sikkert et sted vi vender tilbage til

Vi hade tur att bli uppgraderade och fick bo i en jättefin svit med balkong med utsikt mot hamnen utanför. Svårslagen och utsökt frukostbuffé i den vackra restaurangen med glasveranda mot vattnet. Vi hade gärna stannat längre!
