"Hotel location was great. Breakfast was terrible , food was never replenished. Arrived 30 minutes before closing, staff were so busy cleaning up I had a hard time getting a coffee and Croissant were done, bread was almost gone. Was never asked for special breakfast order, from the menu.Asked the Maitre’d for a Cafe Latte, she fought with me telling me I didn’t know what I was ordering and ended up getting something I didn’t want, then ordered another from a waitress and got a perfect Cafe Latte. Hotel room floor was never cleaned, dust bunnies everywhere, and worst of all, clothing items went missing, Coffee and tea never replenished until I asked. Sorry poor House Cleaning Staff. Roof top bar was great, for afternoon drinks, staff were great, service great. Main restaurant , famous for their Weiner Schnitzel, was a great experience, eager to find you seat if full and ready to serve and advise."

"Excellent properly very convenient for arrivals by train from airport and connection to city by train. Also within walking distance to the centre of Vienna. Hotel smells nice - Amenities were good bed very comfortable. It was our 20th wedding anniversary hotel didn’t take any notice for our request for a room with a view instead we were on 4th floor with view of other offices in front of us. Breakfast was very good however, the person making hot breakfast was very rude and made customers wait for so long making eggs and waffles and on a couple of occasions send me away and said come back and he had given my waffle to another customer and I had to wait again! I think hotel needs to review this staff attitude and serving time. Also coffee and tea at the machine was nightmare with long ques. Other than that I would recommend the hotel but I wish they made more attention to our request to make our stay more special."

"A very pleasant overnight stay in a lovely area of Vienna. We were in the less grand part of the hotel, but it was very comfortable nonetheless with a nice garden and view of the church. Bit of a shame that Netflix wasn’t working on the TV, but a minor point really. Beds particularly comfortable and plenty of local cafes and bars to enjoy — as well as the park and palace of course! Would recommend."

"Wonderful experience. Hotel was conveniently located in an area that provides great access options. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet. The best part of the experience was the excellent hotel staff - from everyone we met during our 10-day visit, from check-in, housekeeping, breakfast, bar, advice, incidentals. We'll plan to come back to this hotel in the future. Till next time, many thanks to your staff members who were so kind and helpful - Timo, Julian, Sannu, Juana, Alina, Bogdan, Hubert, Noah, Aaron, Hanna, Brigitta, Sarah, Christoph (and my apologies for not mentioning others). "Reception staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel has everything you need and was very spacious in the room. Gym and sauna was a lovely suprise . Both empty during my stay. Gym could do with water facilities. Fast food restaurants (all of your favourite brands) and supermarkets within 6 minutes walking distance. Shower was the only downside as it was crazy awkward to get in as a fit person. I would say to consider the journey to the airport as there are a few options which are either expensive ([40+ euros ]one way ) or affordable and awkward ([15 euros ]taxi to Meidling station and the OBB Train the airport)."
