"Low flow toilet clogs; window was extremely cheap, dirty, and out of place; beauty mirror didn't collapse flat, tv faced couch so to face bed you pull it out then walk into it at night; shower door bottom too low drags bath mat; safe mat didn't fit safe; not enough plugs by the door; jackhammer in the morning by the window; and service light button broken."

"Great stay for Mother’s Day with the family. Check in was amazing, we even got a room upgrade for free. Drinks and food n the pool are great as well as service from everyone. Pool can benefit for some extra cleaning."

"This hotel was classy without being snobby. Classic design with all the modern amenities that anyone would want. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We were treated like royalty without asking. Everyone we came in contact with, whether staff or fellow travelers, seemed delighted to be there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we can afford it."

"I enjoyed my stay overall but the staff the restaurant for breakfast was unpleasant. We were ignored in an almost empty restaurant. Made eye contact with 3 different staff members and waited 10 min to be seated. Our waiter didn’t come with menus for another 10 min l, then rushed us to order since breakfast was almost over."

"Everything is perfect."

"Clean property, nice room, very convenient location. However they only provided 4 towels for 2 people that must last greater than 48hours. You’re clearly going to the beach and water if vacationing in Miami so you will be showering etc more than regular. When my family simply asked housekeeping for a few more towels, the staff turned it into this huge debacle and told us we weren’t following the rules. I’m all for “saving the environment” but at the same time - I’m visiting Miami for the beach...

"The location was perfect for walking, riding bikes, beach access and near all restaurants. I would definitely return to the Sagamore Hotel. The property was recommended by friends that have been going there every year. "
