What an amazing time my cousins and I had at this property genuinely a 10/10 experience. We got here a little late day of check in but that was no problem to the staff they had our room waiting. The front desk was always a help if we needed it to get a taxi or simple questions. The hotel is in the dead center close to everything that’s good to do in the city. The room had an air conditioner plus a fan which was such a plus. The room was algo genuinely nicer than some I’ve been to in the States. Great overall experience.

The staff were very nice. One thing I did not accept was that the utensils were not clean when I checked in and went to have food. I found that the forks were not clean. Other than that, everything was good.

The rooms and hotel were clean. The hotel was centrally and conveniently located. The first room given to us was not like the one showed in the website when I created the reservation it was a lot smaller. The room was hot upon arrival and with no phone in the room I had to walk down to reception area and asked to have the ac checked. The receptionist said she would but the ac was never checked or told the maintenance person was not in that evening. We were moved to another room around 2 pm the next day but had to leave the restaurant we were at to do so. The staff members were not friendly or accommodating. There was never a sense of urgency, it felt like we were bothering them. I would not stay there again.
